We exist to make great engineering teams unstoppable.
stackloader is an AI-native software studio. We partner with engineering teams at high-growth companies to ship faster, build more reliably, and compound their technical advantage — without accumulating the debt that slows everyone else down.
§ 01 / Who we are
Mission
Accelerate what matters
Our mission is to help product teams ship faster, build more reliably, and compound their technical advantage — without accumulating the debt that slows everyone else down.
Vision
AI-native by default
We believe the next generation of great software companies will build differently from day one. stackloader exists to give every engineering team access to that future now.
Values
High leverage, low noise
We optimise for impact per hour, not hours billed. Honesty over flattery. Craftsmanship over churn. We would rather turn down work that isn't a strong fit than deliver something we're not proud of.
§ 02 / Our story
Five years of building things that last.
2019
Founded in London
Elena and Callum met at a systems engineering conference, realised they had identical frustrations with how software studios operated, and decided to do something about it.
2020
First external team
Hired Nadia and Arjun. Signed our first three enterprise clients. Survived a global pandemic by being async-first from day one.
2021
AI practice launched
Arjun built our first internal LLM tooling. It cut code-review time by 40%. We productised it as a client offering and haven't looked back.
2022
ISO 27001 certified
Passed our first third-party security audit with zero critical findings. The certification unlocked regulated-industry clients in healthcare and finance.
2023
AWS Advanced Partner
Reached Advanced tier in the AWS Partner Network, reflecting the depth of cloud infrastructure work we deliver and the certifications across our engineering team.
2024
35 products shipped
Crossed 35 production deployments across five continents. Our NPS from returning clients hit 92 — the number we're most proud of.

§ 03 / The team
The people behind the work
A small team of specialists. No generalists, no account managers — just the engineers, designers, and AI researchers who ship your product.
EV
Elena Vasquez
CEO & Co-Founder
Elena co-founded stackloader after a decade leading engineering teams at Google and two Series B startups. She believes the highest-leverage thing a software company can do is make its engineers more effective — and that AI is the most powerful multiplier engineering has ever had.
CA
Callum Ashby
Principal Engineer
Callum has been writing JavaScript professionally since Node.js 0.6 and has the battle scars to prove it. He leads our frontend architecture practice, runs internal engineering workshops, and is the author of stackloader's component library standards.
NO
Nadia Osei
Head of DevOps
Nadia spent five years at AWS before joining stackloader to build the infrastructure practice from scratch. She's obsessed with making deployment boring — which means zero incidents, not fewer features.
LF
Léa Fontaine
Design Lead
Léa brings a systems-thinking approach to product design — every component she designs exists within a coherent whole. She built the design system at a Series C French fintech before joining stackloader to lead design across our client portfolio.
AN
Arjun Nair
Head of AI
Arjun did his PhD in NLP at CMU before working on recommendation systems at Spotify. At stackloader he leads all AI and ML engineering — from RAG pipeline design to production model deployment and evaluation infrastructure.
MC
Marcus Chen
Senior Backend Engineer
Marcus is a distributed systems specialist with a background in high-frequency trading infrastructure. He designed the event-streaming architecture for our FinFlow engagement and now sets standards for backend reliability across all stackloader projects.
